Returns Procedure (Online Orders Only)
At Auto Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us (This does not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 365 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Returning your item to an Auto Parts Store
If you have chosen to return your item to your local store then you do not need to call us in advance. Simply visit your local store with your original invoice.
Returning your item by Courier
Before returning your item, please contact our Customer Service Team for a returns number. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.
For non-faulty products

You have the option to return the product to your local Auto Parts. Alternatively, we can arrange the collection using our Courier XYZ at a subsidised cost of £2.99.

Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging
